Thank you for your interest in renting an apartment at Edwardsville Senior Living, our brand-new community exclusively for Adults 55+ in Edwardsville, Illinois where our management style is responsive and friendly, and we participate in the Illinois Affordable Housing program which regulates our low rental rates.
Rental rates include: cold water, sewer, and trash. All other utilities and services are the responsibility of the resident. A one-time security deposit is required at lease signing. Please download the application packet which includes all the documents you need to complete and return to the leasing office in order to determine eligibility. We appreciate your consideration.
